Coastal communities in West Africa  – a stakeholder discussion  4/3/2022

(Supported by UK Global Challenges Research Fund)

The Resilient Lagoon Network would like to invite you to a stakeholder discussion focusing on coastal communities and environments in West Africa.

Coastlines are key to the economy and development of West Africa. Natural lagoons are an important part of the coastline and the coastal settlements built around lagoons are some of the region’s and indeed the world’s most developed and fastest-growing areas. Join academics, practitioners, policy makers and NGOs for an online discussion of the challenges and solutions of these essential environments.

Date: 4th March 2022

Time: 10:00 – 11:30 GMT

Please feel free to contact us with questions about the event and about the Resilient Lagoons Network. Contact email: info@lagoonnetwork.org
